Prasert Taedullayasatit, president for premium business, said the company already recorded 4 billion baht in presales from premium products in the first four months. Pruksa will launch six new upper-end residential projects worth a combined 9.9 billion baht this year from a total of 72 projects worth 60.8 billion in all pricing segments. Five will be condos worth 8.8 billion baht and one single houses worth 1.1 billion. Three other premium condo projects are scheduled for the second half of the year, located on Pradiphat Road, Sukhumvit Soi 61 and Phaya Thai Road. Pruksa aims for 15 billion baht in combined presales during the second quarter after posting 32% growth in the segment during the first.
